This is the second year we’ve had our palm tree trimmed by Branch Management Tree Service and we’ve had a very good customer service experience both times. We met with Albert first for the estimate; he was knowledgeable and professional. When my husband called to schedule the service this year, he specifically asked for Margarito who trimmed our palm tree last year. Margarito is very professional and does a great job! It was obvious that he takes a lot of pride in his profession! He communicated well and made it obvious to us that he personally desired customer satisfaction. We were also very pleased when Margarito expressed to us that he wanted to let our neighbors know he would clean up some tree trimmings that had fallen from our tree, over the block wall and into our neighbors yard. Crew showed up on time was very easy to work with and did a great job cleaning up. Yard looks like nothing happen except a tree is gone. Would happily have them come back for more work when needed.

I used Branch Management 8 months ago to trim and fertilize trees on my property and was very satisfied with their work; showed up when they promised, did the work said they’d do at the price agreed on – and they over-delivered. This last week they came and cut down a dead pine tree and again; on time, superior work product and at very reasonable price — and they again impressed with attention to detail.
